Join our team as a Senior SAP SD Consultant, specializing in Resource-Related Billing (RRB). You will play a key role in leading and executing SAP SD activities across various project phases, from implementation and rollout to enhancements and ongoing support.

Lead all aspects of SAP SD Resource-Related Billing (RRB) for implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support engagements. Analyze business requirements and engineer scalable RRB solutions aligned with diverse business models. Configure and maintain SAP SD processes, focusing on RRB, billing generation, pricing, and revenue recognition. Design and manage Dynamic Item Processor (DIP) profiles, source selection, and material determination rules. Provide expert support for resource-related billing scenarios involving various project cost objects. Handle configuration and management of DP90, DP91, and related billing processes. Support the billing of actual costs, including labor, materials, travel, and third-party services. Collaborate with Project Systems (PS), CO/FICO, and business teams for integrated billing and revenue management. Troubleshoot issues concerning unbilled costs, rejected costs, incorrect billing values, and DIP profile configurations. Develop functional specifications and partner with technical teams for custom developments and enhancements. Engage in requirement gathering, testing, deployment, go-live, and hypercare support activities. Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), resolving defects and validating business processes. Manage production incidents and drive continuous process improvements in billing and revenue management.

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on SAP SD consulting experience is essential, with a pronounced expertise in Resource-Related Billing (RRB). Demonstrated success in configuring and supporting SAP Resource-Related Billing, specifically utilizing Dynamic Item Processor (DIP) profiles. Proficiency with DP90, DP91, and associated project and service billing workflows is required. A solid grasp of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including customer billing, pricing, invoicing, and revenue posting. Experience supporting billing for diverse costs such as labor, materials, travel, and project-related expenditures. In-depth knowledge of sales orders, contracts, billing requests, pricing procedures, account determination, and revenue recognition. Proven ability to configure DIP profiles, source determination, material determination, and billing relevance controls. Strong understanding of SAP SD integration with Project Systems (PS), Controlling (CO), and Finance (FI/CO). Capability to analyze and resolve complex billing issues, including unbilled resources, rejected costs, and pricing discrepancies. Experience across implementation, enhancement, rollout, AMS, and support projects. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Sales and Resource-Related Billing processes is a plus. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills. Experience in project-based, engineering, consulting, professional services, or service-oriented industries is highly desirable. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is necessary. SAP SD certification is preferred, with SAP S/4HANA Sales certification being an advantage. Experience or certification in SAP Project Systems (PS), SAP FICO, or project accounting is desirable. Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models is preferred.
