We are seeking a skilled professional to configure and support SAP SD modules, focusing on the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing sales, delivery, and billing functions, ensuring seamless integration with various SAP modules and business processes.

Configure and support SAP SD modules, aligning with specific business requirements.

Manage the entire Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle, including Sales Orders, Deliveries, Picking, Post Goods Issue (PGI), and Billing.

Configure and manage intricate details like pricing, output determination, copy controls, and account determination.

Oversee customer and material master data integration within SD processes.

Handle credit management, availability checks, and route determination for efficient operations.

Collaborate with ABAP teams for custom developments, enhancements, and reports.

Perform thorough unit and integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to ensure business continuity.

Create comprehensive functional documentation, test scripts, and process flows for knowledge transfer and project success.

A strong foundation in SAP SD configuration and support is essential.

Solid understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is required.

Proficiency in Sales Order Management, Delivery & Shipping, and Billing & Invoicing.

Expertise in Pricing, Copy Controls, Output Determination, and Account Determination.

Experience with customer and material master data integration.

Familiarity with credit management, availability checks, and route determination.

Experience integrating SAP SD with MM, FI, PP, and WM/EWM modules.

Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into functional specifications.

Experience coordinating with ABAP developers for custom solutions.

Proven ability to perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT.

Skills in troubleshooting production issues and providing effective resolutions.

Experience in preparing functional documentation and test scripts.

Participation in SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects is beneficial.
