Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP SD-CS. This role is based in Ahmedabad, India. You will play a crucial part in configuring and supporting SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Customer Service (CS) functionalities, driving functional excellence and enabling innovation within the organization. The Enterprise technology domain is vital for operational efficiency and long-term growth.

Your role will involve configuring and supporting SAP SD and CS functionalities, managing end-to-end customer service processes, including service orders, repair processing, and confirmations. You'll also handle warranty, equipment, and serial number management. Key responsibilities include configuring pricing and billing relevant to customer service, integrating CS with SD, MM, PM, and FI/CO modules, and managing incident resolution and production support. Gathering business requirements, preparing specifications, and supporting testing and deployment are also integral parts of this position. You will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service processes and customer satisfaction, while also assisting with data migration and user training.

We are seeking candidates with strong hands-on experience in SAP SD and SAP CS, including expertise in service orders, repair processing, and warranty management. A solid understanding of equipment master, serial numbers, and installed base management is essential. Familiarity with order-to-cash, returns, and billing processes, along with SAP SD-CS integration with MM, PM, and FI/CO modules, is required. Experience in configuration, testing, debugging coordination, and production support is also crucial. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are necessary for success in this role. This is an onsite position located in Ahmedabad, IN.
