Spearhead SAP SD workstreams for S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and support. Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, and design scalable SAP SD solutions. Configure and manage core SAP SD processes, including sales, pricing, billing, and credit management. Optimize the Order-to-Cash cycle and drive digital transformation initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust integration with other SAP modules.

Prepare functional specifications, coordinate with technical teams, and support master data governance. Execute various testing phases, including SIT and UAT, and manage defect resolution. Oversee data migration, cutover planning, deployment, and Hypercare support. Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing.

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant with 8-12+ years of expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution processes. Proven success in at least two end-to-end SAP implementation or transformation programs is essential. Strong hands-on configuration skills in complex sales, distribution, and customer fulfillment processes are required. Deep understanding of pricing configuration, output determination, and sales document flows is crucial.

Demonstrated experience leading Fit-to-Standard workshops and requirement gathering sessions. Excellent integration knowledge across SAP SD and other key modules like MM, FI, and PP. Experience with data migration, testing, deployment, and Hypercare support. Ability to prepare functional specifications and work effectively with technical teams. Prior experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations is highly desirable. Strong client-facing, communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities are a must. The capability to mentor teams and manage project deliverables is also key.
