Lead comprehensive SAP SD module implementation projects from initial requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and go-live support. Provide expert hands-on support for SAP SD processes, ensuring prompt troubleshooting and issue resolution. Execute SAP system upgrades and migrations, including transitions from ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA.

Configure and manage various SD sub-modules such as OTC Cycle, Credit Management, EDIs, APIs, STOs, Consignment, Revenue Recognition, e-way Bill and IRN Portals, Third Party Sales, and Logistics Execution. Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules like MM and PP, and support cross-functional teams during data migration and system upgrades.

Analyze business processes to identify optimization and automation opportunities. Design and implement reporting tools, dashboards, and workflows using SAP. Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations and business processes, and conduct effective training sessions for end-users and business teams.

A minimum of 7-8 years of dedicated experience in SAP implementation and support is essential, with a strong command of SAP ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA and its SD modules. Proven ability to manage end-to-end SAP projects independently and a thorough understanding of SAP SD best practices are critical.

Familiarity with statutory compliance, reporting, data migration, and cutover strategies, along with experience in SAP tools like LSMW and BAPI, is required. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are paramount for success in this role.

Preferred qualifications include experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects and exposure to advanced SAP tools such as FIORI apps and Salesforce. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering (B.Sc, B.E/B.Tech) or an MBA is necessary.
