Lead full-cycle SAP RE-FX implementations, rollouts, and support projects. Facilitate business requirement workshops, developing comprehensive Business Blueprint Documents and functional specifications. Configure SAP RE-FX modules for properties, leases, and assets, managing contract lifecycles and financial postings. Implement lease accounting standards like IFRS 16 and Ind AS 116, ensuring compliance. Integrate RE-FX with core SAP modules (FI/CO, AA, MM, SD, PS) and support key real estate business processes. Develop functional designs for enhancements, coordinate with development teams, and oversee all testing phases, defect resolution, and deployment. Manage data migration, cutover activities, and provide post-go-live stabilization. Analyze and resolve production incidents, create user documentation, and deliver end-user training.

Possess strong, hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX configuration and implementation. Demonstrate a solid understanding of real estate management, lease administration, and property processes. Exhibit knowledge of IFRS 16 and Ind AS 116 lease accounting. Proven experience integrating SAP RE-FX with SAP FI/CO, Asset Accounting, MM, SD, and PS is essential. Proficiency in creating BPDs, functional specifications, test scripts, and process documentation is required. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and its RE-FX capabilities is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are critical. Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing abilities are expected. Must be able to manage functional deliverables independently and mentor junior consultants. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 1 end-to-end implementation and 1 rollout in the pharma industry are mandatory.
