Spearhead SAP REFX implementations, rollouts, and enhancements, ensuring successful delivery of real estate and lease management solutions. Analyze business needs for real estate, lease administration, property, and accounting processes. Configure and implement SAP RE-FX aligned with business objectives and best practices, including Lease-In/Out Contracts, Object Management, and Rent/Service Charge Management.

Manage index-based rent adjustments, recurring postings, settlement, and master data. Support IFRS 16 and ASC 842 lease accounting compliance, ROU asset accounting, and lease liability calculations. Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and provide optimization recommendations. Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for reports, interfaces, and enhancements. Assist with data migration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.

Lead SIT and UAT, resolving defects and validating business processes. Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis. Ensure seamless integration with SAP FICO, AA, PS, MM, and other modules. Develop documentation, test scripts, user manuals, and training materials. Mentor junior consultants and provide functional guidance.

A minimum of 6-9 years of SAP consulting experience is required, with at least 3 years focused specifically on SAP REFX. Demonstrated experience in at least one full-cycle SAP REFX implementation, transformation, or rollout project is essential.

Possess strong expertise in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (REFX), covering Lease Administration, Lease Accounting, Contract Management, Rental Object Management, Service Charge Settlement, Security Deposits, Property Management, and Real Estate Master Data. A solid understanding of IFRS 16 and ASC 842 compliance, including ROU asset accounting and lease liability management, is critical. Familiarity with financial postings and lease accounting integration processes, along with deep integration knowledge with SAP FICO, Asset Accounting (AA), Project Systems (PS), and MM, is required.

Experience in implementation, rollout, enhancement, AMS, and production support engagements is expected. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA REFX, SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP BTP is advantageous. Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills are necessary. The ability to work independently and lead client discussions is key. Experience with large real estate portfolios or related industries is a plus.
