We are seeking a Senior Consultant with a strong background in SAP REFX to lead impactful projects. You will be instrumental in designing, configuring, and implementing robust solutions that meet complex business needs and ensure compliance with global accounting standards.

Lead SAP REFX workstreams for implementations, rollouts, and support. Gather and analyze business requirements for real estate and lease management. Design, configure, and implement SAP REFX solutions, including Lease-In/Out Contracts, Property Management, and Lease Accounting. Support IFRS 16 and ASC 842 compliance, including ROU asset accounting and liability calculations. Collaborate with technical teams on functional specifications and integration with other SAP modules (FICO, AA, PS, MM). Conduct testing, support data migration, and troubleshoot production issues. Develop documentation, test scripts, and training materials. Mentor junior consultants and provide functional guidance.

Requires 6-9 years of SAP consulting experience, with at least 3 years in SAP REFX. Proven experience in at least one end-to-end SAP REFX implementation, transformation, or rollout. Demonstrated expertise in SAP REFX functionalities and lease accounting standards (IFRS 16, ASC 842). Strong integration knowledge with SAP FICO, Asset Accounting, Project Systems, and MM. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills are essential. Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or professional certification is preferred. SAP REFX, SAP FICO, or SAP S/4HANA certification is highly desirable.
