Join our team as a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP REFX, a key role within the DSA Practice. You will drive the design, implementation, and ongoing support of SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) solutions.

This position requires a deep understanding of lease management, real estate contracts, and compliance with IFRS 16/ASC 842. Experience with SAP FI-AA integration and SAP S/4HANA is also crucial for success in this role.

Your responsibilities will include leading business workshops, gathering detailed requirements, and performing thorough fit-gap analyses. You will be instrumental in configuring and implementing SAP RE-FX solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Key tasks involve designing and managing critical areas such as Lease Contract Management, Property Management, Rent Calculation, Service Charge Settlement, Real Estate Master Data, and Contract Lifecycle Management.

We are seeking candidates with at least five years of experience in SAP REFX, specifically supporting IFRS 16 and ASC 842 lease accounting requirements. You will prepare Functional Specifications and collaborate closely with ABAP developers.

This role involves executing System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), resolving defects, managing cutover activities, and providing go-live support. Data migration, validation, and reconciliation are also key aspects, as is supporting production issues and implementing enhancements. Mentoring junior consultants and participating in solution reviews are expected. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering (B.Sc (I.T), B.Sc (Computer Science), B.E/B.Tech) or an MBA is required.
