Join our dynamic team as a Senior SAP PS Consultant, driving innovation in enterprise technology. This role focuses on optimizing S/4HANA Project Systems for large, complex Engineer-to-Order (ETO) environments. You'll be instrumental in enhancing project-centric business processes, ensuring seamless integration across critical functions like engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and finance.

Configure and implement SAP S/4HANA Project Systems, including all core components like Project Coding Mask, Profiles, and CATS. Oversee project structuring, workforce planning, scheduling, costing, and settlement processes. Ensure robust integration between PS and other modules such as Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance. Develop comprehensive functional specifications, configuration documentation, and test scripts.

Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements and workflow solutions. Evaluate existing ETO processes and champion improvements using S/4HANA best practices. Support master data setup for projects and actively participate in testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases.

A seasoned SAP PS professional with 10-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementations, roll-outs, and support, specifically within ETO environments. You possess deep expertise in SAP PS configuration and functional areas, including project costing, scheduling, and settlement. Strong knowledge of integrating PS with Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance is essential.

Demonstrated domain knowledge in ETO and CTO business processes is required. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial. Experience with full-cycle SAP S/4HANA transformation projects is mandatory. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
