This Senior Consultant role focuses on SAP PPQM within large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, particularly in the manufacturing and process industries. The position involves deep engagement with business processes, system design, and implementation to drive functional excellence and innovation.

Leverage your expertise to configure and optimize SAP PP & QM modules, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules. You will play a crucial role in the full project lifecycle, from analysis and design through to go-live and hypercare support.

Conduct thorough business process analysis, requirement gathering, and gap analysis to inform system design. Design and configure SAP PP & QM modules, including MRP, Work Centres, Routings, Production/Process Orders, Demand Management, and Capacity Planning. Implement robust solutions for Inspection Planning, Quality Notifications, Certificates, and Results Recording. Set up production versions and Master Production Scheduling (MPS) aligned with specific plant capacities. Configure advanced batch management, batch determination, and back-flush processes for various production types. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (CO, MM, SD, WM, PM) to ensure seamless system integration. Provide critical support during UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases, ensuring smooth transitions. Prepare detailed functional specifications for custom developments, working closely with the ABAP team, and resolve production issues within defined SLAs. Train key users, develop end-user documentation, and support master data setup for materials, BOMs, and routings.

Requires 9-14 years of hands-on SAP functional experience, specifically as an SAP PP Subject Matter Expert (SME) on large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, preferably within manufacturing or process industries. Possess at least 4 end-to-end S/4 HANA project implementation experiences in SAP PPQM (excluding support projects). Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; an MBA or relevant master’s degree is preferred. Demonstrate extensive experience with RICEFW objects/custom developments related to PPQM, and the ability to independently develop high-quality deliverables. Familiarity with Fiori apps for Manufacturing and experience defining migration strategies for legacy material masters are essential. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are required, along with a willingness to travel for short and long-term durations.
