Join our dynamic team as a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP PPQM in Chennai. This role is crucial for driving excellence in enterprise technology, enabling functional expertise, innovation, and sustained growth within the metals, mining, and industrial sectors.

As a key member of our Enterprise Technology & Performance practice, you will contribute significantly to shaping and implementing leading-edge SAP solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing manufacturing operations and ensuring high-quality standards.

You will spearhead SAP PP processes, including Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Demand Management, Production Orders, and Capacity Planning. Your role involves driving process optimization and automation, configuring PP functionalities, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and FI/CO.

Furthermore, you will manage SAP QM processes covering Quality Planning, Inspection Planning, and Quality Notifications, while also defining quality master data and supporting compliance with industry standards. Continuous improvement initiatives using quality data will be a significant part of your responsibilities. You will also lead SAP implementation and enhancement projects, manage stakeholders, and mentor development teams.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 8-15 years of SAP experience, holding strong expertise in SAP PP and QM. A minimum of 3-5 years in a team leadership or managerial capacity is essential, alongside experience in at least two full-cycle SAP implementation projects.

Essential technical skills include deep knowledge of SAP PP (MRP, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Demand Management) and SAP QM (Quality Inspections, Quality Notifications, Inspection Lots). Proficiency in integrating with SAP MM, SD, PM, EWM/WM, and FI/CO is required. Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations is highly preferred. A Graduate degree in Science or Engineering (B.Sc, B.E/B.Tech) or an MBA is mandatory. Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills are vital for success in this role.
