Lead SAP PP workstreams across diverse project lifecycles, including implementations, rollouts, and transformations.

Facilitate client workshops to meticulously define end-to-end manufacturing, production planning, and execution requirements.

Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Production Planning solutions, encompassing MRP/MRP Live, Demand Management, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, and Production Scheduling.

Manage the entire solution lifecycle: design, Fit-Gap analysis, configuration, testing, cutover planning, go-live, and post-production support.

Optimize production planning and shop-floor execution by utilizing SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing capabilities and Fiori applications.

Oversee integration design and process alignment with key modules like MM, SD, QM, PM, FI/CO, and EWM/WM.

Prepare and review functional specifications for RICEFW objects, interfaces, enhancements, reports, and workflows.

Coordinate effectively with ABAP, Basis, integration, and cross-functional teams for holistic solution delivery.

Lead Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and business validation activities.

Support master data migration and governance for critical planning-related master data.

Manage project plans, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and timelines, ensuring stakeholder alignment.

Mentor junior consultants and promote SAP manufacturing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 8-12 years of comprehensive SAP PP consulting experience, demonstrating strong hands-on configuration and solution design acumen. Proven success in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Manufacturing implementations is essential.

Your expertise should include hands-on knowledge of MRP/MRP Live, Demand Management, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Production Scheduling, and Production Execution. Experience leading at least two full-cycle SAP implementation, transformation, or rollout projects, ideally in S/4HANA environments, is highly valued.

A deep understanding of manufacturing planning, shop-floor processes, production execution, and supply chain operations is required. You should possess extensive knowledge of PP integration with MM, QM, SD, CO, PM, EWM/WM, and other related SAP modules. Strong capabilities in leading business workshops, requirement gathering, Fit-Gap analysis, and delivering strategic manufacturing solutions are critical.

Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills are necessary, enabling you to independently lead the PP workstream from design to go-live. Experience with testing, cutover planning, data migration, hypercare support, and business process optimization is expected.

While not mandatory, exposure to SAP PP/DS, Advanced Planning, MES integrations, and third-party manufacturing systems would be a significant advantage. Exceptional communication, leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills are fundamental for success in this role.
