Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM). This role is instrumental in driving functional excellence and enabling innovation through enterprise technology. We are seeking a seasoned professional to contribute to our finance transformation initiatives and enhance business finance capabilities.

Leverage your expertise in SAP PaPM to design, configure, and implement robust solutions. You will work with cutting-edge technologies within SAP S/4HANA and HANA environments to optimize financial processes and performance management.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and architect scalable SAP PaPM solutions. Configure and deploy SAP PaPM models, including allocation logic, process flows, and rules. Develop high-performance data models and integrate with SAP S/4HANA, BW, and third-party systems. Translate business needs into technical specifications and deliver optimized PAPM applications. Participate in the full project lifecycle: blueprinting, prototyping, testing, deployment, and hypercare. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including functional specifications and solution architecture. Develop and deliver training materials for end-users. Work closely with SAP FI/CO, BW, SAC, and IT operations teams. Provide post-go-live support and manage ongoing enhancements. Cultivate strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor for SAP PaPM matters.

Possess 6-9 years of direct experience in SAP PaPM implementations, including at least one complete end-to-end project. A strong grasp of profitability analysis, cost allocations, performance modeling, and financial planning concepts is essential. Proficiency in HANA modeling, SQLScript, and integrating SAP and non-SAP data sources is required. Familiarity with SAP FICO, BW/4HANA, and SAP Analytics tools is beneficial. Demonstrate exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Effectively communicate technical and functional concepts to diverse audiences. Exhibit strong interpersonal, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills. Be prepared to travel as project needs dictate.
