We are seeking a skilled Senior Consultant with expertise in SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM). This role focuses on designing, configuring, and delivering end-to-end solutions within SAP PaPM, specifically for finance transformation initiatives. A strong grasp of financial processes, performance management, and SAP architecture, particularly S/4HANA and HANA environments, is essential. The ideal candidate will leverage their 6-9 years of experience to drive functional excellence and innovation in enterprise technology.

This position is based in Ahmedabad and is integral to our Enterprise Technology & Performance practice. We are committed to building robust solutions that power business growth and long-term success.

Key contributions involve collaborating with business stakeholders to define requirements and architect scalable SAP PaPM solutions. You will be responsible for configuring allocation logic, process flows, calculations, and rules. This includes data modeling, seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA, BW, or external systems, and optimizing performance with HANA capabilities. Translating business performance needs into technical specifications and ensuring successful end-to-end project phases from blueprinting to hypercare support are critical. You will also maintain technical documentation and support end-user training, while collaborating with cross-functional teams for effective solution delivery and post-go-live enhancements. Building strong client relationships as a trusted advisor is paramount.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Information Technology, Finance, or Engineering. A strong foundation of 6-9 years in SAP PaPM implementations, including at least one full lifecycle project, is required. You must have an in-depth understanding of profitability analysis, cost allocations, performance modeling, and financial planning concepts. Essential technical skills include HANA modeling, SQLScript, and integration with SAP and non-SAP sources. Familiarity with SAP FICO, BW/4HANA, and SAP Analytics tools is also expected. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are crucial. Willingness to travel for project needs is a must.
