Implement and configure XECM solutions, integrating them seamlessly with SAP applications. This includes setting up document repositories, folders, and metadata, as well as ensuring documents are easily accessible from SAP transactions.

Analyze business processes to design effective document management workflows. You will be responsible for configuring document types, permissions, retention policies, and workflows, with the ability to customize integrations when standard functionality is insufficient.

Manage migration projects to move documents from legacy systems into XECM, ensuring data quality and compliance. Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide production support. A key aspect of this role involves helping organizations meet legal and regulatory requirements for document retention and security.

A minimum of 5 years of SAP experience is essential, with strong expertise in SAP OpenText. You should possess a solid understanding of SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP Fiori.

Proficiency in Document Management Systems (DMS), Records Management, Workflow Concepts, and Archiving Solutions is required. Technical skills should include SAP integration concepts, Web Services, APIs, and a basic understanding of ABAP. Content server administration experience is also beneficial.

An academic background includes a Graduate degree in Science or Engineering, such as B.Sc (IT), B.Sc (Computer Science), B.E/B.Tech, or an MBA.
