Key responsibilities include configuring XECM solutions to align with SAP functionalities, establishing robust document repositories, folders, and metadata structures. You will integrate SAP with content management platforms, primarily focusing on OpenText Extended ECM and SAP systems, ensuring effortless document accessibility from SAP transactions.

Responsibilities also encompass business process analysis to understand departmental document handling, designing efficient document management workflows, and performing detailed configuration and customization of document types, permissions, and retention policies. You will lead migration projects for legacy systems into XECM, ensuring data integrity and compliance, and provide essential system testing, troubleshooting, and production support.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years of SAP experience, demonstrating strong expertise in SAP OpenText. Essential knowledge includes SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP Fiori, alongside a solid understanding of document management systems (DMS), records management, workflow concepts, and archiving solutions.

Technical proficiencies required are SAP integration concepts, web services and APIs, and content server administration. A basic understanding of ABAP is highly beneficial. Candidates must hold a graduate degree in Science or Engineering (B.Sc (IT), B.Sc (Computer Science), B.E/B.Tech) or an MBA. This role is based in Bengaluru.
