Your work will focus on designing, configuring, testing, and implementing end-to-end procurement to pay (P2P) and inventory management solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across procurement, logistics, finance, and supply chain to ensure alignment with client operational needs and business objectives.

Design, configure, test, and deliver comprehensive procurement to pay (P2P) and inventory management solutions on SAP S/4HANA. Conduct client workshops to meticulously capture business requirements from procurement, logistics, finance, and supply chain teams. Configure essential MM master data, including material, vendor, purchasing info records, source lists, and quotas. Set up critical procurement processes such as purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, scheduling agreements, subcontracting, consignment, and external services. Define inventory management parameters, physical inventory processes, batch management, special stock handling, and warehouse management integration. Develop and implement RICEFW objects and custom developments specifically for the MM module. Ensure seamless integration of the MM module with other SAP modules like FI, CO, SDM, WM, and PP. Produce key project documentation, including Business Blueprints, KDS, functional specifications, configuration documents, and user manuals. Experience in guiding data migration strategies for legacy material master, vendor master, stock balances, and open purchase orders.

Possess hands-on experience as an MM Functional consultant, specifically on large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation projects. Minimum of 6-8 years of dedicated SAP functional experience, with at least 3 end-to-end S/4 HANA project implementations in SAP MM (support projects excluded). Demonstrated experience working extensively on RICEFW objects and custom developments related to MM. Proven experience integrating the MM module with other SAP modules, including MM-FI, CO, SDM, WM, and PP. Strong capability in producing project documentation such as Business Blueprints, KDS, functional specifications, configuration documents, and user manuals. Experience collaborating with both Indian and global clients is essential. Good understanding of Fiori apps relevant to procurement. Ability to independently develop high-quality deliverables. Familiarity with defining migration strategies for legacy material master, vendor master, stock balances, and open purchase orders. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to travel for short and long-term durations. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering (e.g., B.Sc. IT, B.Sc. Computer Science, B.E/B.Tech) or an MBA is required.
