Lead requirement gathering workshops and business process discussions with key stakeholders across retail, merchandising, procurement, and supply chain functions.

Design and configure scalable SAP MM IS-Retail solutions, focusing on core SAP MM processes and essential IS-Retail functionalities.

Conduct Fit-Gap analyses, prepare functional specifications, and collaborate with technical teams for custom developments.

Support master data governance, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and defect resolution.

Troubleshoot production issues, provide post-go-live support, and mentor junior consultants.

A minimum of 6-9 years of SAP consulting experience is required, with a strong focus on SAP MM and SAP IS-Retail.

Possess at least 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP IS-Retail implementations or support engagements, including a full lifecycle project.

Demonstrate expertise in key retail SAP modules and processes, including Merchandise Management, Procurement, Inventory, and Store Replenishment.

Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay, retail supply chain, and omnichannel retail concepts is essential.
