We are seeking a skilled professional to provide comprehensive support for SAP MM S/4 HANA. Your contributions will ensure seamless operations, effective issue resolution, and continuous system improvement for our retail clients. Key responsibilities include creating detailed system documentation, test scripts, and presentations. You will provide end-to-end support for SAP MM S/4 HANA, manage integration issues with cross-functional teams, and support all testing activities. Crafting Business Process Documents (BPDs), writing Functional Specifications (FS), and developing user training materials are also integral parts of this role.

Further duties involve assisting with SAP MM Retail projects, configuring systems to meet specific business needs, and delivering SAP training to client personnel. You will also define best practices, monitor system processes, and translate complex business requirements into actionable functional specifications.

Essential qualifications include strong hands-on experience in SAP IS Retail implementation, rollout, or support. A solid understanding of end-to-end retail business processes and specific modules like article master, merchandise categories, pricing, and inventory management is required. Familiarity with SAP MM and SD integration, POS integration, and strong analytical and communication skills are also crucial.

Candidates should possess the ability to analyze business processes, gather functional requirements, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree is required for this position. Demonstrating clear and concise communication of complex concepts is a must.
