As a Senior Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in SAP MM and Retail inbound logistics to design, implement, and support sophisticated SAP solutions. Your contributions will be vital in optimizing allocation and distribution processes, ensuring seamless warehouse integration, and enhancing inbound supply chain operations within SAP S/4HANA. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing SAP Retail inbound logistics solutions, with a strong focus on Allocation & Distribution and Warehouse Integration. You will develop detailed Functional Specifications, collaborating closely with ABAP developers to ensure successful implementation. Your role will encompass executing System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and managing cutover planning and data migration. Providing go-live support and analyzing production issues for system enhancements are also crucial aspects.

Furthermore, you will mentor junior consultants, contribute to solution reviews, and ensure strict adherence to SAP best practices and project governance. This position requires leadership in business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops to deliver high-quality outcomes.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP MM, particularly within the retail sector. Proficiency in SAP Retail Merchandise Management, Allocation & Distribution, and Warehouse Integration is essential. You should have hands-on experience with inbound supply chain processes in SAP S/4HANA, including Purchase Order Processing, Inbound Deliveries, Goods Receipt, Stock Transfers, Cross-Docking, and Merchandise Distribution. Experience integrating SAP MM with SAP SD, SAP EWM/WM, SAP TM, and SAP CAR is highly valued.

Candidates must possess a graduate degree in Science or Engineering, such as B.Sc (I.T.), B.Sc (Computer Science), B.E/B.Tech, or an MBA. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP configuration and best practices for inbound logistics and retail operations. The ability to lead workshops, analyze requirements, and drive solution design is paramount.
