Join our dynamic team as a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG). This role is pivotal in shaping and executing our SAP MDG strategy to drive functional excellence and foster innovation.

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of SAP MDG solutions across critical master data domains. Your expertise will be instrumental in establishing robust master data processes, policies, and controls, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business objectives.

As a Senior Consultant, you will define the SAP MDG roadmap and prioritize capabilities. You will oversee the implementation and support of SAP MDG solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include establishing and governing master data processes, partnering with stakeholders to align data requirements with business goals, and ensuring high data quality and consistency. You will drive process standardization, manage demand intake and release planning, and coordinate with various technical teams for end-to-end data governance alignment. Overseeing operational support, incident resolution, and defining performance metrics are also core aspects of this role.

We are looking for candidates with extensive experience, specifically 8-12+ years in SAP master data, data governance, or related enterprise applications. A minimum of 5 years focused on SAP MDG solution ownership or implementation is essential.

Proven success in delivering enterprise master data governance initiatives and transformation programs is required. Experience managing global stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and operational support environments is highly valued. Familiarity with diverse master data domains like Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance, or Product is a key asset. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory; SAP MDG or S/4HANA certifications are a plus.
