Join our DSA Practice in Mumbai as a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP IS-Retail. This role is integral to our Enterprise Technology & Performance team, driving functional excellence and innovation within client organizations. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Mumbai, requiring expertise in SAP IS-Retail solutions. You will play a key part in maintaining master data integrity and ensuring seamless data operations within complex SAP environments.

You will be responsible for upholding master data governance policies and procedures, overseeing the updating and deletion of Business Partner and Article records in Syniti. Your role includes monitoring data quality, resolving inconsistencies, and implementing standardization rules. You will also validate data accuracy, completeness, and relevance, ensuring smooth data flow between Syniti and other SAP/non-SAP systems.

Furthermore, you will assist in resolving data-related issues arising from system interoperability. The role also involves generating reports on master data status, quality metrics, and key performance indicators for management review. This position is crucial for maintaining a high standard of data management within our retail technology solutions.

This role requires at least six years of relevant experience in SAP IS-Retail, including a minimum of one full-cycle SAP implementation project. Essential skills include support for integration with SAP CAR, SAP POS systems, SAP CPI, IDocs, and EDI interfaces, as well as third-party retail applications.

You must be adept at troubleshooting interface and data synchronization issues, with prior experience in support, rollout, or enhancement projects. A strong understanding of end-to-end retail business processes and experience collaborating with cross-functional SAP teams are vital. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering (B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech) is required for this position.
