Join our dynamic team as a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP Advanced Planning Solutions (APS). This role is pivotal in driving supply chain planning transformations and SAP implementations, focusing on SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), SAP S/4HANA Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS), and Advanced Available-to-Promise (ATP).

We are seeking experienced professionals who can independently manage work packages from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization. Your expertise will be crucial in analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective SAP functional configurations and specifications.

Key responsibilities include conducting requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders, analyzing business needs, and translating them into detailed SAP functional and configuration requirements. You will also be responsible for configuring SAP solutions, preparing functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts.

Furthermore, this role involves performing functional and integration testing, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and resolving defects. You will analyze and drive resolution for functional, master data, transactional data, and integration issues, while ensuring solution quality and adherence to project standards.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong hands-on expertise in at least one of SAP IBP (Demand Planning, S&OP, Response & Supply, Inventory Optimization, Planning Analytics), SAP S/4HANA PP/DS (Production Planning, Detailed Scheduling, Capacity Planning, Optimization), or SAP S/4HANA aATP (Availability Check, Backorder Processing, Supply Protection). A good understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Planning, MRP, Capacity Planning, and Inventory Planning, is essential.

We are looking for candidates with 5–8 years of relevant SAP and/or supply chain experience, including multiple phases of the SAP implementation lifecycle. Experience with data, integration, and analytics, including master data, transactional data, and integration across SAP modules, is important. Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud or BW/4HANA is a plus. Excellent client interaction, communication, and mentoring skills are also expected. Candidates should have a BE, B.Tech, MBA, or MCA degree.
