Serve as a technical lead for SAP HCM Payroll implementation projects, guiding team efforts. Lead teams through business transformation and managed services within SAP engagements. Facilitate Business Blueprint workshops to define and finalize business requirements and to-be designs. Deliver comprehensive Business Blueprints, configurations, functional specifications, and testing scripts (unit and integration). Liaise effectively with onsite coordinators to ensure seamless communication. Oversee project deliverables, ensuring timely completion and quality. Mentor the project team, supporting them in executing identified projects. Provide regular status updates to management and onsite coordinators. Engage with customer representatives as required to manage project needs. Be prepared to travel to customer locations when necessary. Make critical decisions, optimize processes, manage resources, and oversee team performance for efficient task execution. Allocate personnel, supervise team members, assign tasks, ensure necessary resources and support, and evaluate performance to achieve organizational objectives.

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM professional with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience, including at least two full-cycle SAP HCM payroll implementations. A strong understanding and hands-on experience with Wage Type, Schema, and PCR configuration are essential. Proficiency in PA/PM and time integration with payroll is required. Experience configuring tax-related requirements for various countries (US, UK, Canada, Australia, Dubai, NZ) is necessary. Ideal candidates will possess strong process knowledge in SAP HCM and possess excellent business and leadership communication skills. Experience with SuccessFactors and integration best practices is highly advantageous.
