We are seeking an experienced professional with a deep understanding of SAP HCM modules and HR processes. Your role will involve contributing to various project phases, from initial analysis to implementation and support, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing expertise in SAP HR Time Management and Time writing. - Understanding HR processes from hire to retire, including contract workforce management. - Leveraging knowledge of CATS time writing functionality. - Utilizing expertise in SAP Transport functionality. - Applying knowledge of Scrum/Sprint operations and Agile methodologies. - Working with Azure DevOps (ADO) for project management. - Understanding Blueworks for business process definition. - Driving integration solutions using CPI and BTP. - Applying knowledge of FIORI applications. - Managing posting to PS and CO modules. - Proficiently handling IDOC processing. - Utilizing testing tools such as Qtest and ALM. - Creating and managing functional specifications (FS) and technical specifications (TS) documentation. - Collaborating effectively with ABAP, Finance, Basis, and Security teams.

The ideal candidate possesses:

- Significant experience as a Senior SAP HCM Consultant. - In-depth knowledge of SAP HR Time Management and Time writing functionalities. - Familiarity with the end-to-end HR lifecycle, including contract workforce. - Practical experience with CATS, SAP Transport functionality, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Exposure to Azure DevOps, Blueworks, and integration platforms like CPI and BTP. - Experience with FIORI applications and financial posting to PS/CO. - Strong understanding of IDOC processing and proficient use of testing tools (Qtest, ALM). - Proven ability in creating FS and TS documentation. - Prior experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including ABAP, Finance, Basis, and Security.
