We are looking for a candidate with deep functional knowledge in SAP GTS, a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end global trade lifecycles, and proven experience integrating with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering transformative global trade programs.

Lead SAP GTS functional workshops to define business requirements across global trade areas. Design and configure robust SAP GTS solutions encompassing Compliance Management, Sanctioned Party List (SPL) Screening, Embargo Checks, Export Control, Customs Management, Trade Preference Management, and Intrastat/Extrastat Reporting. Develop detailed functional specifications, process flows, and solution design documents, recommending industry best practices. Spearhead SAP GTS implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and enhancement projects. Configure organizational structures, compliance settings, legal regulations, and customs procedures within SAP GTS. Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams including SD, MM, EWM, TM, FICO, and Logistics for seamless integration. Manage and define integration strategies between SAP GTS and SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, SAP TM, and external customs systems using platforms like SAP CPI or PI/PO. Ensure strict adherence to international trade and customs regulations, supporting updates for multiple geographies. Assist users in mitigating import/export compliance risks and design effective monitoring and reporting mechanisms. Serve as the main point of contact for business stakeholders, facilitate solution reviews, and mentor junior consultants. Analyze production issues, identify areas for process improvement and automation, and drive the optimization of trade compliance processes.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.

We seek candidates with 6-10+ years of SAP experience, including a minimum of 4+ years specifically focused on SAP GTS. Demonstrated experience with at least two full-cycle SAP GTS implementations is essential, along with a track record of success in global rollout or transformation programs and experience working with multinational corporations.

Essential technical skills include strong expertise in SAP GTS modules such as Compliance Management, Customs Management, Export Controls, SPL Screening, and Trade Preference Processing. You should possess integration knowledge with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, and a solid understanding of ALE/IDoc, RFC interfaces, and middleware technologies.

Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is considered advantageous. Desirable skills include knowledge of ABAP debugging and enhancement frameworks. Strong domain knowledge in International Trade Compliance, Customs Regulations, Import/Export Procedures, Free Trade Agreements (FTA), Harmonized Tariff Schedules (HTS), Product Classification, and Trade Documentation is crucial.
