You will be instrumental in leading SAP FICO workstreams, including implementations, brownfield conversions, and enhancements. As a key member of our Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) practice, you'll leverage your expertise to optimize financial processes and deliver best-in-class SAP solutions. Your work will directly impact business excellence and enable strategic advancements for our clients.

Lead SAP FICO initiatives across SAP S/4HANA implementations and brownfield conversions. Drive the assessment, Fit-Gap analysis, and remediation of Simplification Items impacting financial accounting and controlling. Design and configure end-to-end SAP Finance and Controlling processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will also lead product costing and cost object controlling efforts, manage material ledger activities, and support seamless integration with other SAP modules. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize financial controlling, profitability management, and reporting processes.

Key responsibilities include supporting data migration, defect management, and cutover planning. Prepare functional specifications for technical teams and drive finance transformation, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your role will involve leading workshops and requirement gathering sessions to identify and implement improvement opportunities.

A minimum of 6-10 years of dedicated SAP FICO consulting experience is essential, with deep expertise in Financial Accounting and Controlling. Proven success in delivering SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Conversion projects is required. You should possess hands-on experience with Simplification Item analysis, impact assessment, and remediation.

Strong command over General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Material Ledger, and Profitability Analysis is crucial. Experience in Cost Object Controlling, Actual Costing, Variance Analysis, and manufacturing cost accounting is highly valued. Familiarity with Record-to-Report, Financial Closing, and Management Reporting processes, along with integration knowledge across SAP MM, SD, PP, QM, PS, and Treasury, is necessary. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills are vital for this role. Experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer Goods, Retail, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, or Process Industries is a plus.
