Join our dynamic team as a Senior SAP FICO Consultant in Mumbai. You will drive critical finance and controlling solutions, playing a key role in enterprise technology transformations. This role is integral to our Enterprise technology and transformation practice, where we focus on enabling functional excellence and driving innovation through robust technological frameworks. You will lead SAP FICO workstreams for implementations, rollouts, migrations, enhancements, and support. This includes gathering and analyzing business requirements, configuring core SAP FI and CO processes, and preparing functional specifications. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration, support testing and defect resolution, and guide data migration and go-live activities. Troubleshooting production issues and mentoring junior consultants are also key aspects of this role.

Key duties involve configuring GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Financial Closing, Taxation, CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and CO-PA. You will also conduct Fit-Gap analysis, prepare business documentation, and facilitate knowledge transfer. Your contribution will ensure the successful execution of projects and the optimization of finance and controlling business processes.

We seek a Senior SAP FICO Consultant with 6-9 years of hands-on consulting experience, including at least one end-to-end SAP implementation. Demonstrated expertise in core SAP FICO modules, finance, accounting, and business process management is essential. Experience with SAP configuration, testing, support, and enhancement is required, alongside strong integration knowledge with modules like MM, SD, PP, and PS.

Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance, including Universal Journal and Account-Based CO-PA, is highly desirable. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are crucial for leading workshops and client interactions. While not mandatory, exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud, Group Reporting, and global rollout experience will be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an MBA (Finance), CA, CMA, or CPA being a significant plus.
