Lead SAP FICO workstreams for implementations, rollouts, migrations, and enhancements, delivering robust finance and controlling solutions. Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective SAP FICO configurations. Configure and support core SAP FI processes (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Financial Closing, Taxation) and SAP CO processes (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, CO-PA).

Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and recommend SAP best practices. Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP teams for custom developments. Participate in all project phases, from implementation to hypercare support. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities, testing, and defect resolution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, PS, Treasury) for seamless integration. Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis. Develop business process documentation and training materials. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team capability development.

We are seeking a Senior SAP FICO Consultant with 6-9 years of hands-on experience. Essential qualifications include expertise in core SAP FI and CO modules, end-to-end SAP implementation experience, and strong knowledge of financial and controlling business processes. Proficiency in SAP configuration, testing, support, and enhancement activities is required.

Demonstrated experience in preparing functional specifications and coordinating with technical teams for custom developments is crucial. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance, including Universal Journal, Account-Based CO-PA, and SAP Fiori, is highly desirable. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills are necessary to effectively manage stakeholders and lead workshops.

Experience with SAP MM, SD, PP, PS, and Treasury integration is important. Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud, Group Reporting, or finance transformation initiatives is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an MBA (Finance), CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent being advantageous. SAP FICO or S/4HANA Finance certification is preferred.
