Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Senior Consultant, driving innovation and functional excellence. This role focuses on supporting and leading SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and enhancement projects. You'll analyze business requirements, configure SAP FI and CO modules, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.

Lead SAP FICO implementations and support projects. Analyze financial and controlling business requirements. Configure SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting). Configure SAP CO modules (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, CO-PA). Ensure integration between SAP FICO and other modules (MM, SD, PP). Develop functional specifications and collaborate on RICEF developments. Participate actively in testing cycles (Unit, SIT, UAT) and defect resolution. Support financial closing, reporting, and audit activities. Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous improvement. Conduct end-user training and create process documentation. Adhere to SAP best practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Possess 6-8 years of comprehensive SAP experience, with deep expertise in SAP FICO (FI & CO). Demonstrate hands-on experience in at least 2-3 full lifecycle SAP implementations, including rollouts and support. Exhibit a strong grasp of Financial Accounting (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and Controlling (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, CO-PA), along with Financial Closing & Reporting. Showcase experience in integrating SAP FICO with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules. Highlight a solid understanding of finance processes like Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C). Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, particularly the Universal Journal, is highly desirable. Ability to prepare functional specifications and effectively work with ABAP teams. Experience in data migration, testing, and support is beneficial. Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence is preferred. Possess strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Prior consulting or client-facing experience is a plus. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering (B.Sc IT, B.Sc Computer Science, B.E/B.Tech) or a postgraduate degree such as MBA (Finance), CA, or CMA is required.
