Join our team as a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP FICO in Kolkata. This role is pivotal in driving functional excellence and innovation within enterprise technology solutions. We are seeking a professional who can significantly contribute to the success of SAP implementations, rollouts, and enhancement initiatives. Lead and support SAP FICO implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects. Analyze business requirements for finance and controlling processes. Configure SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO components (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, CO-PA). Ensure smooth integration of SAP FICO with MM, SD, PP, and other modules. Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for RICEF development. Participate actively in testing cycles, defect management, and resolution. Provide support for financial closing, reporting, and audit needs. Offer post-go-live assistance and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct end-user training and develop process documentation/user manuals. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and uphold SAP best practices.

This role requires 6-8 years of dedicated SAP experience with a strong focus on SAP FICO (FI & CO). You should have practical experience in at least 2-3 full lifecycle SAP implementations, encompassing rollouts and support. A solid understanding of Financial Accounting, Controlling, Financial Closing & Reporting, and integration with MM, SD, PP modules is essential.

Demonstrated experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, preferably the Universal Journal, is a significant advantage. The ability to prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP teams is also crucial. Experience in data migration, testing, and support activities, along with familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile tools like Jira/Confluence, is preferred. We are looking for candidates with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, and prior consulting or client-facing experience is highly regarded. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering (B.Sc, B.E/B.Tech) or a postgraduate degree like MBA (Finance), CA, or CMA is required.
