Seeking a seasoned SAP FICO Consultant to join our DSA Practice in Hyderabad. This role involves providing global support for SAP issues, identifying opportunities, and implementing solutions across procurement, planning, logistics, and compliance functions.

This is a full-time, onsite position requiring extensive experience in SAP FICO modules. You will be instrumental in driving financial process improvements and ensuring seamless integration within the SAP ecosystem.

Lead SAP FICO module implementations and configurations, tailoring the system to meet specific client financial and accounting needs. This includes G/L, A/P, A/R, and Asset Accounting.

Analyze existing financial processes, identify areas for enhancement, and design optimized solutions within the SAP FICO framework. Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical SAP functionalities.

Customize the SAP FICO system for unique client demands, and develop custom reports, dashboards, interfaces, and enhancements in collaboration with client teams.

Conduct thorough testing for system accuracy and integrity, and provide ongoing end-user support, including training and troubleshooting. Manage SAP FICO projects, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resources.

Additional responsibilities include overseeing data migration, planning system upgrades, creating comprehensive documentation, developing training materials, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Requires 4-8 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years specifically in SAP FICO modules (Financial Accounting and Controlling).

Possess a strong understanding of SAP FICO functionalities and financial accounting principles. Proven configuration expertise in SAP FICO is essential.

Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues. Strong attention to detail is crucial for resolving discrepancies.

Must possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with program managers and colleagues. Ability to lead teams and understand business processes across various industries is also key.

Education: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech).
