Join a dynamic team as a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP FICO. This role is based in Hyderabad and focuses on delivering innovative SAP solutions within enterprise technology. You will be instrumental in driving functional excellence and enabling long-term growth through robust SAP implementations and support.

This position is with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP. We are seeking experienced professionals who can leverage their deep understanding of SAP FICO to meet complex business challenges.

You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into effective SAP FICO solutions. This includes configuring and supporting SAP FI and CO modules, participating in end-to-end implementation projects, and conducting fit-gap analysis. You will also prepare functional specifications for custom developments and collaborate closely with technical teams.

Key activities involve supporting SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare phases, as well as resolving production support issues within SLA. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and preparation of functional documentation and training materials are essential. Mentoring junior consultants will also be part of your role.

We are looking for candidates with 7–10 years of SAP FICO consulting experience and a minimum of two full-cycle SAP implementation projects. Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or rollout projects is highly desirable. Strong hands-on configuration skills in both FI and CO modules are required.

Essential skills include preparing functional specifications, coordinating with ABAP developers, and managing production support and incident resolution. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline is necessary. While not mandatory, an SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification is preferred.
