Join our dynamic Enterprise Technology team as a Senior SAP FICO Consultant in Bengaluru. This role is pivotal in driving functional excellence and innovation within the SAP landscape, particularly focusing on S/4HANA Finance functionalities such as General Ledger and Asset Accounting. You will be instrumental in building strong client relationships and exceeding expectations, contributing to long-term growth.

As a key member of our SAP practice, you will leverage your extensive expertise to guide clients through complex implementations and support projects. Your role will involve collaborating with diverse teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.

Configure and manage SAP FICO modules, with a strong emphasis on S/4HANA General Ledger (GL) and Asset Accounting (AA). This includes chart of accounts, parallel ledgers, document splitting, and supporting financial close activities.

Oversee S/4HANA Asset Accounting configuration, depreciation areas, and integration with MM and PM modules. You will also be responsible for supporting FI-AA integration using the Asset Technical Clearing Account functionality.

Engage with business users, functional teams, and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution. Play a vital role in testing cycles, defect handling, and production support, ensuring adherence to SAP Best Practices for S/4HANA Finance.

Contribute to global template rollouts, leverage testing tools, and gain exposure to interfaces, data migration tools, and IDOC processing. Develop Fiori enhancements and custom reports, collaborating with technical teams on CDS views and Fiori app-based reporting.

A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is required. You should possess at least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation and one ECC implementation, along with experience in managing over two support projects.

Demonstrated experience in SAP FICO, specifically focusing on GL and AA is essential. Strong understanding of Finance business processes and accounting standards is crucial.

Familiarity with integration points to MM, SD, and CO modules is expected. Experience with testing cycles, defect handling, and production support is a must. Knowledge of SAP Best Practices for S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are key. The ability to work independently, mentor junior team members, and maintain a proactive, solution-oriented mindset is valued. Prior experience in the Oil & Gas or Energy sectors is a significant advantage.
