You will be instrumental in leading complex SAP S/4HANA transformations, from implementation and brownfield conversions to enhancements and ongoing support engagements. Lead SAP FICO initiatives across S/4HANA implementations, brownfield conversions, and support projects. Drive ECC to S/4HANA brownfield conversions, including detailed assessments and fit-gap analyses. Remediate S/4HANA Simplification Items across FI, CO, Product Costing, and other finance modules. Design, configure, and support end-to-end SAP Finance and Controlling processes. Configure core FICO modules such as GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Material Ledger, and CO-PA. Lead product costing and cost object controlling activities, including cost estimates and variance calculations. Support Material Ledger activation and actual costing processes. Conduct workshops to gather requirements and identify improvement areas. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize financial controlling and reporting. Ensure integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and PP. Support data migration, testing, and go-live activities. Prepare functional specifications for custom developments. Drive finance transformation, standardization, and cost optimization initiatives.

A minimum of 6-10 years of dedicated SAP FICO consulting experience is essential, with a strong command of Financial Accounting and Controlling. Demonstrated success in SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA brownfield conversion projects is required. Hands-on experience with Simplification Item analysis, impact assessment, and remediation is critical. Deep expertise in core FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Material Ledger, CO-PA) is a must. Proven experience in product costing, cost object controlling, and actual costing processes is highly valued. Solid understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R) and financial closing processes is necessary. Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, and support projects is expected. Strong knowledge of integrations with MM, SD, PP, QM, PS, and Treasury is important. Experience in data migration, testing, and cutover planning is required. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are key. Prior experience in manufacturing, automotive, or consumer goods industries is advantageous.
