Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Senior SAP FICO Consultant in Bengaluru. This role focuses on driving functional excellence and innovation within SAP solutions, particularly S/4HANA Finance. You will build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional results.

Configure and manage SAP FICO modules, with a strong emphasis on General Ledger (GL) and Asset Accounting (AA). Oversee end-to-end S/4HANA implementations and ECC support projects, including financial close activities and data migration. Collaborate with business users and technical teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP modules (FI-AA with MM and PM). Participate in testing cycles, defect handling, and production support, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Develop functional specifications for custom reports and Fiori enhancements, working closely with ABAP teams. Handle RICEF objects and gather requirements effectively.

Demonstrate relevant experience in SAP FICO, specifically GL and AA, with at least one S/4HANA implementation and one ECC implementation. Possess hands-on experience with S/4HANA Asset Accounting configuration and support, including depreciation, acquisitions, and retirements. Have a solid understanding of financial business processes, accounting standards, and integration points with MM, SD, and CO modules. Experience with testing tools, data migration, and IDOC processing is essential. Prior experience in global template rollouts and knowledge of SAP Best Practices for S/4HANA Finance are required. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is necessary.
