Seeking an experienced Senior Consultant with expertise in SAP FICO to join our team in Bengaluru. This role involves leading the functional design and solution delivery for critical financial processes within the Oil, Gas, and Utilities sector. The ideal candidate will drive innovative SAP solutions, collaborating with diverse teams to ensure successful project outcomes and ongoing support.

Lead functional design and solution delivery for processes such as GSR, Intercompany Billing, AP/AR Billing, and Tax.

Translate business requirements into comprehensive SAP solutions, working closely with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders.

Prepare effort estimates and contribute to project planning for enhancements and new functionalities.

Drive initiatives across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP Analytics Cloud.

Facilitate design workshops and coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless delivery.

Develop and review functional specifications, reports, and other technical documentation.

Support all testing phases, including Unit, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Manage defect resolution, production support, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.

Liaise with Change Management, Release Management, and other relevant teams.

A strong background in SAP Finance, Taxation, AP/AR, and Intercompany Billing processes is essential.

Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based SAP solutions is required.

Demonstrated ability to lead stakeholder workshops and guide solution design processes.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with strong estimation skills.

Experience in Agile delivery environments and supporting production operations is necessary.

Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills are expected.
