Seeking a Senior Consultant with expertise in SAP FICO to join our team in Bengaluru. This role is crucial for understanding business needs and translating them into functional specifications. You will bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business requirements, ensuring successful project outcomes.

Your role will involve managing customer expectations, creating comprehensive functional unit test scripts, and validating solutions against business needs. Active participation in application testing, role-based testing, and load testing is essential. You will also provide support to testing teams and business users throughout various testing phases, including Integration Testing, Single Functional Testing, and User Acceptance Testing.

Key responsibilities include gathering and assessing business requirements, identifying dependencies, and translating them into detailed functional specifications. You will communicate technology concepts to business stakeholders in an understandable manner and manage project expectations effectively.

This position requires the creation of functional unit test scripts and thorough validation of implemented solutions. You will actively engage in application testing, role-based testing, and load testing. Providing essential support to the testing team and business users across different testing cycles is also a core part of this role. Ensuring requirement traceability from data needs to training and transition, and accurately segregating reported incidents are vital duties.

A minimum of 10 years in IT, with at least 8 years focused on SAP Finance functional expertise, is required. Proficiency in creating report mockups and wireframes is essential, alongside expertise in developing mapping files, understanding data flow, and designing entity-relationships between tables and data models.

Strong knowledge of SAP ERP, relational databases, and data model design is mandatory. Familiarity with various visualization tools such as Fiori Analytical floorplans, SAC, WebI, and Analysis for Office is expected. Basic understanding of data management practices including data analytics, integration, quality, and governance is also necessary.
