Join our team as a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP FICO, focusing on Finance and GSR within the Oil, Gas, and Utilities sector. This role requires a deep understanding of financial processes and their implementation within SAP.

As a Functional Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and SAP FICO solutions. You will analyze requirements, design functional specifications, and ensure successful system adoption.

Key responsibilities include leveraging strong SAP FICO experience to manage core financial accounting and controlling processes. You will be tasked with gathering, analyzing, and documenting finance business requirements, translating them into effective SAP FICO functional solutions.

This role also involves analyzing existing finance processes, identifying improvements, and recommending system solutions. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, coordinate functional testing and UAT, and prepare comprehensive documentation including process flows and user guides. Effective communication with finance users, SAP teams, and project stakeholders is essential for success.

A strong foundation in SAP FICO, with a solid grasp of financial accounting and controlling is essential. Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting finance business requirements is required.

Familiarity with General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO) processes is necessary. The ability to analyze existing processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements, along with experience in functional testing and UAT coordination, is crucial. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are expected.
