Seeking an experienced SAP FICO Senior Consultant with a strong background in Finance and the ERA module. This role involves bridging the gap between business needs and SAP FICO functionalities, driving process improvements within the oil, gas, and utilities sectors.

Key responsibilities include analyzing finance business requirements and translating them into robust SAP FICO functional solutions. You will deeply engage with core Financial Accounting and Controlling processes, including GL, AP, AR, AA, and CO. Identifying process gaps and recommending SAP-based improvements is crucial.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders for requirement gathering, process analysis, and solution validation. You will also lead functional testing, UAT coordination, and defect resolution across various SAP Finance modules. The role demands excellent documentation skills for business requirements, functional specifications, and test scenarios. Strong collaboration with finance users, SAP teams, and project stakeholders is essential for successful delivery.

A strong foundation in SAP FICO is essential, complemented by a thorough understanding of core Financial Accounting and Controlling processes. Experience in analyzing finance business requirements and translating them into SAP FICO functional solutions is a must.

Proficiency in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO) processes is required. The ability to assess existing finance processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose SAP-driven solutions is key. Experience in stakeholder engagement for requirement gathering and solution validation is expected. Familiarity with functional testing, UAT coordination, and defect management is also necessary.
