We are seeking an experienced professional to enhance our Enterprise Technology & Performance practice. This position is integral to our mission of exceeding client expectations through expert SAP solutions.

Configure and manage SAP FICO modules, specializing in General Ledger (GL) and Asset Accounting (AA) within S/4HANA Finance.

Lead end-to-end S/4HANA implementations and support multiple ECC projects, ensuring seamless financial close, month-end, and year-end processes.

Handle data migration, asset acquisitions, retirements, and depreciation runs, with a focus on integration points with MM and PM modules.

Collaborate effectively with business users, functional teams, and technical teams, participating actively in testing cycles and defect resolution.

Contribute to global template rollouts, test tool utilization (e.g., qTest, ALM), and interface management, including IDOC processing. Experience with SAP Best Practices for S/4HANA Finance is crucial.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.

Minimum of one end-to-end implementation and one rollout in the pharma industry is mandatory.

Proven experience in SAP FICO, with a strong focus on GL and AA, including at least one S/4HANA implementation and multiple ECC support projects.

Proficiency in configuring GL accounting, parallel ledgers, document splitting, and S/4HANA Asset Accounting. Experience with Fiori enhancements and custom reports is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and mentor junior team members. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset is key.
