We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO professional with a proven track record in implementing, supporting, and optimizing complex financial processes. Your expertise will be crucial in transforming and enhancing our clients' SAP environments.

This role involves leading SAP FICO initiatives with a strong emphasis on Asset Accounting (FI-AA) and Lease Accounting (IFRS 16/ASC 842) within SAP ECC and S/4HANA. You will manage the entire asset lifecycle, including acquisition, capitalization, revaluation, and disposal.

Key responsibilities include designing and configuring lease accounting solutions, ensuring compliance with IFRS 16 and ASC 842, and supporting lease contract management and disclosures. You will also drive SAP S/4HANA Asset Accounting implementations, focusing on Universal Journal integration and parallel accounting.

Furthermore, you will oversee integration management with modules like GL, AP, CO, PS, MM, and IM, ensuring seamless end-to-end process consistency. This includes leading workshops, gathering requirements, developing functional specifications, creating test scripts, and supporting cutover activities.

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with deep expertise in Intercompany (ICO) Processes, Financial Accounting (FI), and Controlling (CO). A strong understanding of Asset Accounting (FI-AA) and Lease Accounting (IFRS 16/ASC 842) is essential, along with experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.

The ideal candidate possesses functional knowledge of Fixed Assets, Asset Lifecycle Management, Lease Management, Financial Close, and SAP FICO integration. Experience in leading design, configuration, and support of asset accounting solutions, including managing depreciation areas, screen layouts, and number ranges, is required.

Proficiency in designing and implementing lease accounting solutions, configuring ROU assets, lease liabilities, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards is also critical. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Asset Accounting, including migration activities and universal journal integration, is a significant advantage. The ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and finance teams is paramount.
