Join our team as a Senior SAP FICO Consultant in Bengaluru, contributing to enterprise technology that drives functional excellence and innovation. This role offers the opportunity to lead critical SAP implementation and support projects within the Consumer & TMT sectors.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, coupled with deep expertise in SAP FI/CO modules. Your contributions will be vital in optimizing business processes and ensuring financial compliance for our clients.

Lead end-to-end SAP FI/CO module implementations, from gathering requirements to providing go-live support. Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, performing system upgrades and migrations to S/4HANA as needed.

Configure and manage core FI sub-modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting) and CO sub-modules (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis). Ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to statutory regulations. Collaborate with other SAP modules (SD, MM, PP) for seamless integration and support cross-functional teams during data migration and upgrades.

A minimum of 7-9 years of experience in SAP implementation and support is required, with strong knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA and expertise in FI/CO modules.

Possess an in-depth understanding of finance and accounting principles, ideally with a professional finance qualification (CA/CPA/CFA). Proven ability to manage end-to-end SAP projects independently. Familiarity with statutory compliance, tax configurations, financial reporting, data migration, and cutover strategies using tools like LSMW, BAPI, and IDOCs is essential.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are crucial. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering (B.Sc, B.E/B.Tech) or an MBA is preferred. Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects and advanced tools like FIORI apps is a plus.
