Lead comprehensive SAP FI/CO module implementations, from initial requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and go-live support. Provide direct, hands-on assistance for SAP FI/CO processes, swiftly addressing and resolving issues. Execute essential SAP system upgrades and migrations, particularly from ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA.

Master the configuration and management of FI sub-modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting, alongside CO sub-modules like Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis. Ensure stringent adherence to financial reporting accuracy and all statutory regulations.

Collaborate with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, and PP to guarantee integrated business processes. Assist cross-functional teams with data migration and system upgrade initiatives. Analyze and optimize business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains through SAP tools.

Develop and implement advanced financial reporting tools, interactive dashboards, and streamlined workflows. Create and maintain detailed system configuration documentation, business process guides, and user-friendly manuals. Deliver effective training sessions to end-users and business teams on SAP FI/CO functionalities.

A strong foundation in SAP ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA, with specialized expertise in the FI/CO modules is essential. Candidates should possess a minimum of 7 to 9 years of dedicated experience in SAP implementation and ongoing support.

An in-depth understanding of finance and accounting principles is crucial, with a professional finance qualification like CA/CPA/CFA being highly advantageous. Demonstrable ability to work autonomously and manage SAP projects from inception to completion is expected.

Experience handling statutory compliance, configuring tax-related aspects, and proficient financial reporting are required. Familiarity with data migration techniques, cutover strategies, and SAP tools such as LSMW, BAPI, and IDOCs is necessary. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are fundamental.

Preferred qualifications include prior experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects and exposure to advanced SAP tools like FIORI apps, CDS views, and embedded analytics. Knowledge of country-specific financial regulations and compliance is a plus. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering (B.Sc (I.T), B.Sc (Computer Science), B.E/B.Tech) or an MBA is required.
