You will be instrumental in leading SAP S/4HANA implementations, conversions, and support projects, ensuring seamless integration and optimized financial processes. Leverage your extensive SAP FICO expertise to spearhead critical projects, from initial assessment and Fit-Gap analysis to successful deployment and post-production support. You will play a pivotal role in modernizing financial systems and driving cost efficiencies for our clients.

Lead end-to-end SAP FICO workstreams, focusing on S/4HANA implementations and brownfield conversions. Analyze and remediate Simplification Items across key finance modules, including FI, CO, Product Costing, and CO-PA. Design, configure, and support comprehensive finance and controlling processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and SAP best practices.

Drive Product Costing and Cost Object Controlling initiatives, manage Material Ledger activation and Actual Costing. Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize financial controlling and reporting. Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and support data migration, testing, and deployment activities. Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for custom developments.

A minimum of 6-10 years of SAP FICO consulting experience is essential, with a strong background in Financial Accounting and Controlling. Proven success in delivering SAP ECC to S/4HANA brownfield conversion projects is required. Expertise in Simplification Item analysis, remediation, and testing is crucial.

Possess deep hands-on experience with core FICO modules and processes, including Product Costing, Cost Object Controlling, and Actual Costing. A solid understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R) and Financial Closing processes is necessary. Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, and integrations with modules like MM, SD, and PP is highly valued. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are a must.
