You will play a pivotal role in driving enterprise technology solutions, specifically focusing on SAP S/4HANA implementations and conversions. Lead SAP FICO workstreams for S/4HANA implementations, brownfield conversions, and support engagements. Drive ECC to S/4HANA brownfield conversion initiatives, including assessment, Fit-Gap analysis, remediation, testing, and Hypercare.

Analyze and remediate S/4HANA Simplification Items impacting finance and controlling modules. Design, configure, and support end-to-end SAP Finance and Controlling processes aligned with business objectives.

Lead Product Costing and Cost Object Controlling initiatives, supporting Material Ledger activation and Actual Costing. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize financial controlling, profitability management, and reporting processes.

Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and support data migration, testing, and cutover activities. Prepare functional specifications and drive finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

A minimum of 6-10 years of SAP FICO consulting experience is essential, with a strong focus on Financial Accounting and Controlling processes. Proven success in SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Conversion projects is required.

Demonstrated hands-on experience with Simplification Item (SI) analysis, impact assessment, and remediation is crucial. Deep expertise in core FICO sub-modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Material Ledger, and CO-PA is necessary.

Strong experience in Product Costing, Cost Object Controlling, Actual Costing, and Variance Analysis is expected. A solid understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R), Financial Closing, and Management Reporting processes is vital. Experience with S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects, along with integration knowledge across SAP MM, SD, PP, QM, PS, and Treasury, is required.

Candidates should possess strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in manufacturing, automotive, consumer goods, retail, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, or process industries is advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with SAP FICO or S/4HANA Finance certification preferred.
