Lead and support SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and transformation initiatives. Configure and manage core SAP Finance processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Lease Accounting. Conduct thorough Fit-Gap analysis, propose SAP best practices, and collaborate with technical teams on functional specifications. Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, Treasury, and Controlling, while actively participating in master data design and governance.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, alongside a minimum of 3 end-to-end SAP FICO implementations. You should possess a strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling principles. The ability to confidently engage with Finance leadership and business users, translate complex requirements into scalable SAP solutions, and provide effective user training is essential. Proficiency in preparing project status updates and executive presentations is also key.
