Join our dynamic team as a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PAPM). This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive finance transformation and contribute to business finance strategies.

We seek a seasoned professional with 6-9 years of experience, adept at designing, configuring, and implementing robust SAP PAPM solutions. A deep understanding of financial processes, performance management, and SAP architecture, particularly within S/4HANA and HANA environments, is essential for success in this impactful position.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable SAP PAPM solutions. Configure intricate allocation logic, process flows, and calculation rules tailored to specific business needs.

Develop high-performance HANA models and integrate seamlessly with SAP S/4HANA, BW, and third-party systems. Drive the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including blueprinting, prototyping, testing, deployment, and hypercare.

Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, functional specifications, and solution architectures. Facilitate user training and provide ongoing support and enhancements post go-live. Cultivate strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on SAP PAPM.

A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Engineering, or a related field is required. Candidates should possess 6-9 years of hands-on experience in SAP PAPM implementations, including at least one full-cycle end-to-end project.

Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of profitability analysis, cost allocations, performance modeling, and financial planning concepts. Proficiency in HANA modeling, SQLScript, and integration with diverse data sources is crucial.

Familiarity with SAP FICO, BW/4HANA, and SAP Analytics tools is expected. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration skills, are vital. Willingness to travel for project needs is also a requirement.
