Join our team as a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). This role focuses on leading implementations, rollouts, and transformation initiatives for SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. Lead end-to-end SAP Plant Maintenance implementations and support engagements.

Analyze business needs to create robust maintenance management solutions. Configure core SAP PM processes, including orders, notifications, and scheduling.

Design and implement various maintenance strategies (preventive, corrective, predictive). Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops and gather business requirements.

Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on customizations. Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules like MM, PP, and FI/CO.

Support critical project phases from data migration and testing through to Hypercare. Conduct user training and validation to ensure successful adoption.

Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize plant maintenance operations and improve asset performance.

A minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on SAP PM consulting experience is essential, with proven success in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.

Demonstrated experience in at least two full lifecycle SAP implementation projects is required. You should possess strong expertise in SAP PM functionalities, including Functional Locations, Equipment, Notifications, Orders, and Preventive Maintenance Planning.

Proficiency in configuring and supporting end-to-end Plant Maintenance processes is a must. A solid understanding of Enterprise Asset Management business processes and integration with modules such as MM, PP, FI/CO, and QM is expected.

Candidates must have experience in requirement gathering, workshop facilitation, solution design, testing, deployment, and Hypercare. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are vital for this role.

Experience in industries like Manufacturing, Utilities, or Oil & Gas is advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and relevant SAP certifications are preferred.
